"Anxiety is a sly parasite. It creeps slowly into your mind, until one day, it takes over completely".
A.Massa.
To be anxious about things happening in one's life is a normal brain function, as a reaction; if it is a permanent stay of being - it is the disorder.
The first thing to do is acknowledge your anxiety and reach for help. For one, it may be enough to join the meditation group or slightly change the lifestyle if it is possible. The others may need more help.
There are a lot of great methods out there: breathing exercises, behavioral tools, the different kinds of therapy from psychology, even the range of medications.
What can the Body Talk system offer different or on top of that?
Well, first of all, Body Talk has the techniques which assist with balance on physical and biochemistry levels.
The second and most important - during the Body Talk session, there is a possibility to discover a story from where your anxiety came. The present fear is an old issue that finally revealed itself, and the reason for your uneasy state today is only a trigger.
There is always a story underneath all the diseases. Many of these stories lie in childhood. For example: for babies, anxiety as a physical state needs to be created before they burst into crying - to attract the attention of a caregiver. Unattended screaming baby, who cried for a prolonged time - here is maybe a story buried underneath your anxiety.
The practitioner will help to reveal this story during the body talk session. Finding the source of the issue - is already a strong start. Then, a practitioner may help your brain to disassociate with the story if it is needed; the rest is the matter of self-healing process—no discussions or analyzing whom or what to blame.
Another possible reason for anxiety - is the belief system, which no longer serves and needs to be discovered and released.
For example, someone may live with the belief " asking for help - is the sign of weakness" but ready to replace it with a thought "asking for help - the most human social interaction," and one may be surprised how quick anxiety may disappear.
Your Body will say it all. Do not wait until your anxiety turns into a dark depression. Reach for help.
